Thank you for shopping with My Melissa & Doug Sells. We are committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible.

1. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed within 1–3 business days after payment has been successfully received.

Orders are not normally processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or major U.S. holidays.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, promotional events, or unexpected circumstances, processing times may be longer.

2. Shipping Time

After an order has been processed, estimated delivery time will depend on the shipping method, destination, carrier, and other circumstances.

Typical U.S. delivery times may range from approximately 3–10 business days after shipment.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

3. Shipping Confirmation

Once your order has been shipped, you may receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information when tracking is available.

Please use the tracking information provided to monitor the status of your shipment.

4. Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

We are not responsible for delays, additional shipping costs, or unsuccessful delivery caused by an incorrect or incomplete address supplied by the customer.

If you notice an incorrect shipping address after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible.

5. Delayed or Lost Packages

Shipping carriers may occasionally experience delays caused by weather, transportation disruptions, high shipping volume, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

If tracking indicates that your package has been delivered but you cannot locate it, please first check with household members, neighbors, the delivery location, and the applicable carrier.

If you continue to experience an issue, please contact us at:

If your package arrives visibly damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photographs of the package and the product.

We may request additional information to assist with the resolution of the issue.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions depending on their characteristics, destination, carrier requirements, or applicable laws.

If an order cannot be shipped to the address provided, we will contact the customer regarding available options.

8. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase.
